Refund policy
At Casa Finds Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at co.casafinds@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Soaps, bath bombs, and bath & body products
- Opened baby & kids safety items
- Any item marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at co.casafinds@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
