At Casa Finds Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale
Opened or used personal care products
Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling

How to Start a Return

Email us at co.casafinds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at co.casafinds@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
